use | cyclopropylcarboxylic acid plant growth regulator, mixed with ethephon, has synergistic effect and is mainly used for cotton crops. |
Production method | Ethyl cyclopropyl -1, 1-dicarboxylate is synthesized first. 1000mL dichloroethane, 160g K2CO3,2.4g tetrabutyl ammonium bromide were placed in a reaction bottle, heated until reflux, and 120g diethyl malonate was added dropwise within 0.5h. After dropping, reflux reaction for 6 hours, cooling, adding 300mL of water, stirring, liquid separation, drying the organic layer with anhydrous Na2SO4, recovering dichloroethane under normal pressure, collecting 94~98 ℃/1333.22Pa fraction under reduced pressure, totaling 116g, with a yield of 83%, and the product is colorless oily liquid with special fragrance. Re-synthesis of cyclopropanoic acid. 4.6g of sodium metal, 100mL of methanol, heated and concentrated to dryness, 150mL of anhydrous toluene and 32.4 2,4-dichloroaniline were added, stirred, 31.6g of ethyl cyclopropyl -1,1-dicarboxylate were added dropwise at room temperature, heated and fractionated to 110 ℃, 250mL of water was added, refluxing was hydrolyzed for 2 hours, cooling and liquid separation were added, water was acidified to pH<3 relative to dilute hydrochloric acid, a large amount of white solid was precipitated, 42.7g of product was obtained, m.p.191 ~ 193 ℃ [literature value 192~193.5 ℃]. The yield is 76.8% and the purity is 98.6%. |
